Recruitment and Organizational Development Associate

Requirements:

Knowledge of recruitment advertising and marketing techniques and best practices

Knowledge of organization structure, staffing patterns, and job design

Knowledge of on-line, electronic job application systems and processes

With knowledge in MS applications (Word/Excel/Powerpoint, etc)

Quality Assurance Engineer

Location:

Requirements:

Good in oral and written communication, with good interpersonal skills, good at report writing, with attention to details

Physically fit to do QA work in extended hours

Experience:

At least 1 year of working experience in a Quality and Technical Assurance and Production Operations in a pharmaceutical manufacturing set-up.

With experience in QC pharma laboratory (raw material and in-process bulk testing and analysis), finished goods inspection, batch/finished goods releases, product and process validation, quality systems management, batch records review, nonconformance investigation, product complaints handling, corrective/preventive action (CAPA) formulation, Internal Quality Audit (IQA), supplier quality audit, risk assessment formulation, with solid background in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) especially pharma requirements, Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Microbial Risk Assessment (MRA) requirements, regulatory (particularly Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Pharma requirements).

Education:

Candidate must be a graduate of either BS Chemical Engineering, BS Chem, BS Pharmacy, or any related course, preferably licensed
